Sarah Nieschalk

Sarah E. Deierlein Nieschalk, EA, is an accomplished tax professional with over a decade of experience representing taxpayers before the IRS. As an Enrolled Agent, Sarah specializes in federal and stat tax collections controversy and representation. With over eight years of experience in tax controversy, Sarah’s experience includes a wide range of complex tax issues including high dollar individual income tax collections, Trust Fund Recovery employment tax liabilities, and corporate audit cases. She endeavors to help clients overcome their acute tax challenges as well as provide education on how to prevent future tax issues. Sarah’s practice in tax resolution, leadership, and providing innovative solutions to complex business problems moved her career away from direct representation and into business operations. She currently serves as Assistant Vice President, Servicing at Community Tax, LLC, a national leader in the Tax Resolution Industry.

Career

Sarah attended the University of North Florida where she was active in the Honors Program and Mock Trial Team and graduated with honors, earning a B.A. in English Literature. After graduating, Sarah began her career in local property tax appeals, but quickly found her passion was tax collection representation in 2011. Sarah became an Enrolled Agent in 2012 and has since personally resolved over 5,000 tax collection cases for her clients, saving millions of dollars and countless businesses from being closed in the process. Passionate about providing accessible representation to taxpayers facing IRS debt, Sarah joined Community Tax in 2017 as Assistant Vice President of Servicing.

Get to Know Her

Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys staying active, painting, and spending time with her friends and family. Sarah is proud of her growing family of rescued dogs, currently she has three. She also participates in an annual storytelling production that raises funds for nonprofits supporting local youth.
