If you owe under $25,000, then you can actually file online through the IRS. This is the quickest way and their online system does basically everything for you.
If you owe over $25,000 or just would rather use a physical form, then here are the addresses for you to send them to. If you do owe over $25,000, you need both the 9465 and 433-F IRS Forms.
